The kitchen that makes it from scratch.
Surf towns run on fried rice, and we love fried rice. But some days you want a proper taco. We press the tortillas by hand, proof the pizza dough ourselves and churn our own ice cream — then serve it all with the sun going down over the point.
What to order
The tacos. Fish or meat, on tortillas made by hand that morning. This is the dish guests fly home talking about.
The pizza. Our own dough, topped and fired here. The other thing reviewers argue is the best on the coast.
Burgers for the day the swell humbles you, homemade ice cream for the walk on the sand after, and Bintang kept seriously, famously cold.

Dinner with a show
The resto is open-air and faces west, straight over the Ujung Bocur reef. From about five o'clock the light goes gold, the last surfers trade waves in silhouette, and every table becomes the best table.
Staying upstairs? Your commute to dinner is one flight of stairs. Staying elsewhere in Tanjung Setia? Come anyway — guests from the camps up and down the beach eat here all the time.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 12:30–7:30 pm. Closed Sundays. Hours can shift with the season — check on WhatsApp.
